Non government board seats are filled by nomination and election by the general membership at an annual general meeting. Governmental seats are filled by appointment. Director positions that are up for re election at the Annual General Meeting will be advertised at least 30 days prior to the AGM, with the nomination forms and process outlined.Â
Government Director positions are filled by each government via their own selection processes.
